I played baseball my entire life all the way through college. Helped coach multiple high school and college-aged kids after college. Started CrossFit while I was in the Air Force and have been coaching And competing in the sport for 6 years. Have also qualified for some elite-level CrossFit competitions: Wodapalooza, Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Competition, Granite Games, Northern California Classic

Turning Point

When I first got into fitness I made a decision to challenge myself and better myself every day. I had previously been going down a destructive path that I was, fortunately, able to turn around because of a newfound passion for fitness.
