I began CrossFit in 2013, while training as a professional motocross racer representing Mexico in National Championships. I credit my level of fitness during racing to CrossFit. I have since continued to share my love of CrossFit through coaching while I study Kinesiology at CSU San Marcos.
Every since I was a kid, I have practiced many sports, some team sports and some individual sports but in all of them I have always suffered self-doubt. Not making the right pass in soccer, not running fast enough in football, not being strong enough in motocross. When I started doing CrossFit all of that self-doubt went away, the CrossFit community at Fortius made it go away when the Coaches were there to support the athletes, the athletes support each other while working out, meeting friends and even loved ones made me believe in what I am capable to do.
I am passionate about helping everyone no matter their level or expertise in CrossFit. I am motivated about having every athlete leave my classes with something new or better, a better technique, a comfortable movement, a faster benchmark, or a new PR.
