About Coach

I've been with Fortius for over 4 years. I started CrossFit in NYC as a way to branch out and make some friends but found a love for a sport that’s truly versatile and welcoming to any athlete. When I first got to San Diego, I started out at Fortius as the General Manager, and now I'm the Event Coordinator and Athlete Relations Manager. During my time at Fortius, I've helped to implement several of Fortius’s practices and protocols, as well as developed the Kid’s program. You can catch me as a “casual coach”, usually subbing in for the Olympic Weightlifting classes.

Turning Point

I'm a "say yes first, figure it out second" kind of gal - always have been. To me, this is the best way to not only conquer fears but also to take opportunities and run with them. Say yes. Try to learn something new. Most importantly, ask for help when you need it.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to bring functional movements to ALL athletes, regardless of ability, in a way that's relatable and inviting. Whether you want to snatch 300# or be able to bend over and tie your shoes when you're 80 - the money is in the movement patterns and the foundation first.
