Your coach

Coach Aaron Patterson

Aaron coaches at Fortius and runs AB Academy, his nutrition coaching business. He’s a former college pitcher from Eugene, Oregon, with a degree in Psychology plus CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Level 1 certifications.

He knows the hard part firsthand. In college he gained about 60 pounds, then owned it and turned it around. AB Academy runs on one idea: lose fat without sacrificing your joy.
