About Coach

As a lifelong, multi-sport athlete, being highly active and competitive have always been core components of my life. CrossFit found me in 2012 and has been a staple of my identity ever since. In 2014, I started coaching and competing and have only deepened my passion and respect for the sport with each year that passes. The competitive fire is still there, though it has shifted more into being competitive with myself in my training (and friendly competition with my buddies of course) while working with and helping others achieve new feats that they are proud of.

Turning Point

Motivation & Passion

I love the "aha!" moment when working with an athlete when I said something that clicks for them, and they're able to implement that cue immediately. I get so stoked when I see athletes succeed, grow, and accomplish something, even in the smallest degree; I love sharing that moment with them. I believe that CrossFit truly is for everyone - it is infinitely scaleable, it will never stop humbling you, and there is always more to learn (as both an athlete and as a coach). Consistency, effort, patience, and attitude are everything; if you keep showing up excited and open to putting in the work, I will happily invest my time and effort into working with you.
