About Coach

I played competitive travel volleyball through high school and started doing CrossFit my freshman year of high school. After giving up volleyball, it became my primary sport for a long time. Looking back on my fitness journey, my first muscle up and overcoming my eating disorder are my biggest accomplishments, but my favorite parts of the journey have, by far, been the community I’ve been able to foster over the years. I have vivid memories of seeing the community come together to cheer each other on during my my first Open in 2014. That was the turning point for me - tackling a challenging workout with the same people day in and day out creates a bond unlike any other.

Turning Point

I'm tired of fitness being a space of punishment. Fitness should be a space where you can celebrate your body and come together with your community. To me, fitness is the ultimate expression of self love—we give ourselves space to be challenged, but on the other side of that challenge is growth and celebration. Every person needs to be able to experience that. It will change their life.

Motivation & Passion

I'm on a mission to empower people through fitness. I help people become more confident, take more risks, and live the life they truly want to live. I focus on connection and the whole person, and I reconnect people to who they are.
